I made this piece after seeing my 14 year old daughter in make-up for the first time. I remembered when I first wore make-up and my Dad asked, “What’s that one your face!!? and I quickly wiped it off. So when I saw my daughter, I had the same reaction…but I didn’t say anything. It was a feeling of, “Oh my goodness, you are growing up!
