Star on the Tree
Just completed! A wee bit early for the whole Christmas thing…BUT it is coming..we can’t hide. This piece is 9.5×27″ and will be at the NSDCC Christams show in Halifax, Nov16-19.

Get that star on the tree…and don’t fall off the chair !
Just drew this on the burlap..the hard part is done. I usually do one Christmas themed rug a year for the NSDCC Christmas Market. Last year it was the FISHMAS TREE, and this year this is it!

Lady in Black…in a sea of blood
Ha! This lady started off as a ballerina in a pink tutu. I guess I wasn’t in the mood for a ballerina in a pink tutu.

Wow..it has been a good week….. Just a ballerina and a fish to complete. I am gearing up fro the NSDCC in Halifax which is Nov16-18 and things are going well!

Mr. and Mrs. Purdy
This very fine gentleman sharpens my hooking scissors and keeps my cutter in good working order. He also makes very lovely hooks which he supplies to the Rug Hooking shops through out the province…and at the top we have Mrs. Purdy with her lovely inch mat. I love these people!
