I spent some time yesterday gathering up my journal/sketch books. I am going to take a peak at them for a project..this might be hard but I gotta be brave.
I have a whole bunch of burlap staring back at me…which can be a little intimidating, but I just have to grab the Sharpie and do it! Be brave Laura, be brave.

Just completed! I can’t think of a title for this one so I may just call it “2013”…or “Lady with a Bun”..or “Lady in Grey”…hmmm, gotta think a bit more on this.
This little rug started off as ‘Bird in the Snow’ but all that white was making me cranky and had to add some colour so it became ‘Foggy in the Fall’…. thanks to my Mothers’ quick thinking…thanks Mom.
